A quiet, disciplined developer building for the long term in Koh Samui.
We are a small, operator‑led studio building a limited portfolio of refined tropical villas. Every project is supervised from plot to handover by a single, accountable team based on the island.

Tropical, refined, quietly modern.
Samaya was created around a simple observation: Koh Samui deserves more residences that are designed like villas — not like hotel rooms. We draw on contemporary tropical architecture, natural materials and generous indoor‑outdoor living to create villas that feel like a long exhale.
Our aesthetic is intentionally restrained. Pitched roofs, honest stone and wood, deep terraces, a private pool set into lush planting. Nothing flashy; nothing to tire of.
Discreet luxury is the absence of noise — in materials, in detailing, in the way a home sits on its land.
Concrete support from reservation to after-sale.
Our role is to make the off-plan buying process clearer: legal due diligence before final contract, standard payment milestones, construction tracking, furnishing coordination, handover support and optional rental management.

Full‑service development, on the ground.
We handle the entire development cycle ourselves — from quiet plot acquisition to architectural design, construction supervision, furnishing and post‑handover management.
Four commitments we hold ourselves to.
Location first
We walk the plot, the neighbourhood and the beach path ourselves. If location, privacy and walkability are not right, we don’t build there.
Built quality over quantity
We deliberately keep each development small — a handful of villas. Small projects are easier to supervise, easier to finish well, easier to live in later.
Honest materials
Stone, concrete, wood, greenery, water. Materials that age well, that belong to the tropics, that don’t need to shout.
Long relationships
We aim to be your developer for the next villa and the one after that. The handover is the beginning of the relationship, not the end.
